Daily nerve support for the heavy, burning legs that come with lumbar spinal stenosis.
Our Bestseller
Nerve Comfort
A daily nerve-support supplement for people living with spinal stenosis. Made for the burning, tingling and numbness that travel from the lower back into the legs and feet.
A squeezed nerve is a starved nerve.
With spinal stenosis, the canal in your lower back narrows. It presses on the nerve and on the blood vessels that feed it.
Sitting still, the nerve gets just enough. Walking, it runs short of fuel and starts to misfire: heavy legs, burning, numbness, and the need to stop and lean forward.
Physio, injections and surgery work on the space. Nerve Comfort looks after the nerve itself.

Stenosis at L4-L5 and I used to lean on the trolley the whole way round. Five weeks in, I did the full shop without stopping.
Two rounds of injections that wore off. Around week three the burning down the back of my legs started to ease off.
I planned every outing around where I could sit. About a month in, I am spending whole afternoons in the garden again.

Have Questions? We Have Answers.
Is Nerve Comfort for spinal stenosis?
Nerve Comfort is a nutritional supplement made for people living with lumbar spinal stenosis. It does not change the narrowing in your spine; it gives the nerves inside it nutrients they rely on to work normally.
Can I take it alongside physio, injections or after surgery?
Yes. Most of our customers do. It works on the nerve, not the space, so it sits alongside whatever your doctor or physio has planned. Check with your GP first.
What is in Nerve Comfort?
Per 2-capsule serving: alpha lipoic acid (600 mg), benfotiamine (vitamin B1), methylcobalamin B12, L-methylfolate, acetyl-L-carnitine, plus turmeric with black pepper extract for absorption.
How soon will I notice a difference?
It is a nutritional formula, so it builds up. Most customers tell us they notice longer walks somewhere between week 3 and week 6.
Is it safe with my current medication?
Alpha lipoic acid can lower blood sugar, so if you take diabetes medication, or any prescription medicine, check with your GP or pharmacist first.
How often should I take it?
Two capsules every morning, with food.
Where can I buy it?
Only here at agemend.com. It is not sold on Amazon or eBay.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
If you do not feel a difference within 30 days, email support@agemend.com and we refund every penny. No returns, no forms, no questions asked.
